Why Juice Holler?

A holler has deep roots in Southern Appalachian culture. Beyond its literal meaning as a small valley between hills or mountains, it carries a rich sense of community, resourcefulness, and connection to nature. It’s a place where nourishment comes from the land, and simplicity fuels the community. Juice Holler blends that Appalachian tradition with West Coast wellness, creating a modern-day source of fresh, fast and feel-good fuel for busy lives.

Hi, I’m Kelly, the founder of Juice Holler.

I grew up in the bluegrass fields of Kentucky, in a small town rooted in tight-knit community values– where life moved at a nourishing pace. Craving coastal vitality, I made my way to San Diego and eventually found home in Encinitas. Juice Holler is a tribute to my roots, where people take care of each other and thrive together. Our mission is simple: make healthy eating more accessible for busy, modern lives. We invite you into our community—a modern-day holler for fresh, fast, feel-good fuel.
